We’re looking for a proven performer from within the filtration or adjacent industrial sector who understands applications, knows the market, and can immediately operate with credibility across engineering-led customers.

The Opportunity
You’ll take over a well-established portfolio across key industrial sectors, with a strong focus on driving growth across existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities .
This role suits someone with a commercial, proactive mindset —someone who is always looking to increase share of wallet, uncover new applications, and deliver value-added technical solutions.
You’ll work closely with engineers, production managers and procurement teams—analysing processes, troubleshooting filtration challenges, and recommending the right technical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience selling filtration products or related industrial solutions

Background within competitors or adjacent sectors such as:
Industrial filtration manufacturers/suppliers
Process equipment or consumables
Technical solutions into food & dairy manufacturing
Strong technical capability—comfortable discussing applications and problem-solving on-site
Existing relationships within food manufacturing (e.g. dairy/FMCG), processing plants, or water treatment
A driven, growth-focused mindset with a track record of increasing revenue
Self-sufficient, disciplined, and confident working autonomously
Strong CRM usage and pipeline management
What You’ll Be Doing
Growing revenue across an established national customer base
Identifying gaps, cross-selling and upselling solutions
Securing new business opportunities within your territory
Providing technical advice and tailored recommendations
Managing pipeline, forecasts and activity via CRM
Travelling across NZ (approx. 4 nights away per month)
