ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Brand, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager plays a key role in bringing CA ANZ’s brand strategy to life through the delivery of impactful campaigns and programs aligned to the Attractiveness of the Profession (AOP) agenda.
This role combines strong execution capability with commercial and brand acumen, ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief, on brand and on time. You will provide hands-on brand guidance to the business, supporting stakeholders to deliver high-quality initiatives that strengthen brand consistency, performance and impact across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver brand campaigns and programs aligned to the annual brand plan and AOP agenda
  • Manage end-to-end execution of brand activity including briefs, timelines, budgets and delivery standards
  • Provide practical, hands-on brand support to ensure activity is on brand, fit for purpose and delivered on time
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships to ensure quality execution and accountability
  • Track campaign performance and use insights to optimise outcomes and improve delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in brand delivery processes, tools and ways of working
  • Support the Head of Brand with strong execution discipline, reliability and proactive problem solving
  • Lead, coach and develop team members to deliver strong brand and member outcomes

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong experience delivering brand and marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of brand principles and storytelling
  • Proven execution and project management capability across campaigns, timelines and budgets
  • Experience supporting day-to-day brand management and applying brand guidelines across initiatives
  • Confident collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive delivery outcomes
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of data and how it informs marketing performance and decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly strong written capability for clear, compelling messaging
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, consistency and delivery
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong initiative, a positive attitude and ability to see the big picture
  • A desire to continue building your brand and marketing capability in a high-impact role
