Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle-from initial outreach and discovery to final negotiation. This is a high-impact position designed for a closer who thrives on hitting targets and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent quarterly goal attainment.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
  • Drive the negotiation process and navigate complex decision-making units to secure signatures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and refine the sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, specifically within a closing role.
  • Strong closing skills with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools to track progress.
  • High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience selling in the SaaS or Technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with modern outbound sales tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience selling into enterprise-level accounts.
