Territory Manager - Lower South Island

We're looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Territory Manager to join our highperforming Consumer Goods team, covering the greater Lower South Island.

You'll take full ownership of your territory - maximising sales performance, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering bestinclass instore execution across grocery customers.

This role will ideally be based in Dunedin or surrounding areas.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and drive performance across your sales territory to achieve or exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with key grocery customers
• Execute strategic sales plans to lift distribution, ranging, and instore presence
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiencies

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in sales or territory management, ideally within FMCG or grocery
• Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
• A resultsdriven, collaborative, and positive approach
• Confidence using technology and digital sales tools (e.g. MS Office, iPad)
• A full, clean driver's licence
