What You'll Be Doing
Assisting guests with reservations and enquiries
Managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally
Anticipating guest needs to deliver outstanding service
Finalising guest accounts and handling cashiering tasks
Following hotel policies and procedures at all times
Contributing to the achievement of budgets and sales targets
Working a rotating roster including days, evenings, and weekends
What We're Looking For
A genuine, outgoing, and friendly personality
A proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous front office or customer service experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train the right person
