Senior Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing activities across web, mobile, and software projects from development through to release and post-launch support
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform system, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple platforms
- Identify, log, and analyse defects using test management and defect tracking tools
- Work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to resolve issues early and improve delivery outcomes
- Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage
- Monitor live systems, investigate production issues, and support timely fixes
- Create and maintain support documentation and self-help resources for internal teams and users
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and testing processes

About You
- Extensive hands-on software testing experience across mobile and web platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Proven ability to plan, document, and execute testing independently
- Comfortable using test management and defect tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Passionate about technology, digital experiences, and delivering quality outcomes
- Calm, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience with test automation frameworks and production support environments
