ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering complex, performance-led campaigns, while helping drive the day-to-day rhythm and effectiveness of the Growth Marketing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic campaign ownership with operational discipline, team support and proactive problem solving.

You will use data, customer insights and customer-led thinking to plan, execute and optimise integrated campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial performance. Working closely with internal teams, agencies and partners, you will help ensure priorities are clear, delivery is coordinated and the team are set up to deliver high quality work at pace.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver data-led marketing strategies and campaigns aligned to business objectives, driving engagement, ROI, and commercial impact
  • Lead performance marketing activities using customer insights, analytics and a test-and-learn mindset to optimise performance and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies and partners to ensure aligned, high-quality delivery across initiatives
  • Manage priorities, budgets and resources effectively to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and deliver commercial value
  • Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing and continuously improving culture
  • Support the Head of Growth Marketing through strong delivery discipline, operational execution and proactive issue resolution

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy through to execution and optimisation
  • Strong performance marketing capability, with experience using data and insights to drive measurable results
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and develop effective, practical solutions
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-driven outcomes

Desirable:

  • Experience with Adobe marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience in membership-based or international organisations
