The role This is a rare opportunity to step into a territory with both existing customers and growth potential. As one of a team of three Sales Reps and backed by a close-knit, supportive team, you'll manage key relationships and expand Atomic's footprint across the upper North Island. We're dedicated on building genuine, longterm customer partnerships, and we take real pride in our brand and the people who represent it. The world of specialty coffee also offers abundant opportunities for learning and involvement, like the latte art throwdowns, a presence at Laneway festival and National Barista Champs. What you'll be doing: Own and grow a portfolio of loyal wholesale accounts Identify and win new business across cafes, restaurants, and boutique retailers Represent the Atomic brand in every interaction - on-site, online, and in-market Coach customers to maintain quality standards and champion the Atomic way Manage promotional spend, customer training, and machinery stock within your territory Deliver against agreed sales, profit, and new business KPIs Support wider brand initiatives - occasional travel and weekend work may be required What we're looking for: Previous experience in coffee sales is ideal, but we're equally open to candidates from closely related categories such as alternative milks, soft drinks, or hospitality sales. We'd also love to hear from people already in the coffee industry who are keen to move into sales - including cafe managers, and head baristas Someone who builds strong relationships and takes pride in retaining and growing business A clear, confident communicator - across email, in person, and with all types of stakeholders Commercially aware, organised, and committed to delivering value in every customer visit A passion for coffee and an eagerness to coach and educate others What's on offer?
