About the roleAsProduct Support - Data Enrichment, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and development team from discovery through to delivery and ongoing support, helping align technical solutions with customer and business goals. You will support customers, contribute to product and testing activities, and act as the subject matter expert for our products and services.
About youAs someone with experience in product environments,you'llhave a background in Application SupportorBusiness Analysis or Testingor Product Specialist(SME). You will be able to understand and analyserequirementswith the ability to communicate these to a team of developers. You will also be able tosupportthedevelopment teams while continuing to support the application in production.The kind of skills and experienceyou'llhave are:
  • Top level IT service desk experience will be considered
  • Ideally two yearsofexperience in arelevant role
  • Product development& Support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior customer engagement skills
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
  • A true self-starter with a drive for continuous improvementand professional demeanour
