FRAMECAD is seeking an experienced Market Analyst to join our team.

What we are looking for
FRAMECAD is not short on opportunities, and we need your help on where to focus. To grow deliberately and at scale, we need to make smarter, evidence-based decisions about which markets to prioritise, which segments to target, and where to invest our energy. That requires someone who can read market signals, size the opportunity, and give the business the clarity it needs to act with confidence.
We also have a wealth of data across our business - in our CRM, our systems, and our markets - that isn't being fully used yet. The Market Analyst will change that, working across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to surface what matters and make sure the right people can see it and act on it.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the centre of go-to-market and business strategy. Your work will feed directly into where we focus as a business. We're not looking for someone who waits to be told what to analyse. We want someone who takes ownership, spots what we're missing, and shows us what we need to see.

Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years in market research, market intelligence, business analysis, or a data-focused analyst role - ideally in B2B, industrial tech, or SaaS. Proven ability to work with business data, size market opportunities, and turn analysis into clear recommendations that drive decisions.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable working across CRM data, sales data, industry reports, and primary research
- Comfortable conducting structured research interviews and synthesising qualitative findings.
- Experience with TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, market sizing, and opportunity assessment

Experience building dashboards and strategic reports in Power BI or similar tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Ability to synthesise information quickly and present it in plain language
- Experience with segmentation frameworks and competitive positioning
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience preferred - not essential
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research and analysis
