Apply Job no: QF6JD Quality & Improvement Analyst New Plymouth 8 Month Fixed Term - Full-time We have an 8-month fixed-term opportunity for a Quality & Improvement Analyst to cover parental leave. In this role, you'll support improvements across operational performance, quality assurance, reporting and service provider invoicing within Network Operations. You'll work closely with a range of teams to solve problems, improve processes, and help ensure key operational work runs smoothly. What you'll be doing You'll work across Network Operations, Finance, Risk, Commercial, and with external service providers to: Improve day-to-day operational processes and ways of working Support quality checks, audits and performance monitoring activities Analyse data and reporting to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities Support service provider invoicing, including job capture, service entries and invoice processing Review outage information to ensure it is accurate, consistent and compliant Work with internal teams and external providers to resolve issues and improve outcomes What success looks like In this role, success means: Processes are simpler, more consistent and easier to follow Service provider invoicing is accurate, timely and well managed Quality, compliance and risk requirements are met Leaders and teams have reliable information to support decisions Improvements are implemented and embedded into everyday work What we're looking for This role would suit someone who enjoys working with detail, data and people, and who takes a practical approach to improving how things work. You'll ideally bring: Experience in electricity distribution, utilities, operations or a similar environment Confidence working with data, reporting or process improvement Understanding of quality, compliance or risk frameworks Strong relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders High attention to detail and a structured, practical way of working Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain information simply Applications close: Friday 10th July Our ability to get the best out of people is what sets Powerco apart.
