  • Customer Experience: Champion a "customer first" approach, ensuring exceptional fitting room experiences across all stores.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain strong health and safety, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and ways of working across your region.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a multi-site or large-format retail leadership role.
  • A strong track record of delivering sales, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience managing a P&L.
  • A passion for people leadership, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong visual merchandising and retail standards experience (apparel preferred).
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and a hands-on leadership style.
  • A full, valid driver's licence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and incentive scheme
  • Fully maintained company vehicle
  • Monday-Friday role (with occasional weekend requirements)
  • Company mobile plan
  • Generous staff discount (plus one for a family member)
  • Referral bonus programme
  • Ongoing support of Breast Cancer Research initiatives
  • Regular team and culture-building events
  • EAP support for you and your family
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • Birthday leave, wellbeing leave, and lifestyle leave
