We are looking for a capable and driven Afternoon Shift Team Leader to lead our production teams and ensure we continue to deliver quality products to our customers, on time, every time.



This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing afternoon shift operations across all four departments, ensuring performance, quality, and team capability continue to improve.



This is a full-time, afternoon shift position (1:30pm - 10:00pm) located in our Tauranga facility.



Your Role

  • Lead and coordinate all afternoon shift activities across four departments
  • Ensure DIFOTIS (Delivery In Full, On Time, In Spec) targets are consistently achieved
  • Support, train, and develop team members to build capability and improve skill levels
  • Ensure strong communication and handover with the day shift so shifts are set up for success
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to meet Trimax standards
  • Identify and coordinate required maintenance to keep equipment operating effectively
  • Promote a safe, organised, and high-performing work environment



About You

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and getting the job done right.
