We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our civil engineering and infrastructure projects through the development of high-quality visual communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging marketing materials, technical graphics, project visualisations, tender submissions, presentations, and digital content that effectively communicate engineering concepts to clients, stakeholders, and the public. The role provides guaranteed weekly hours of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce professional marketing and branding materials, including brochures, flyers, capability statements, and company profiles.

  • Develop graphics, diagrams, infographics, and visual aids for engineering reports, proposals, and tender submissions.

  • Create project visualisations, concept illustrations, and presentation materials for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

  • Prepare graphics for community consultation, stakeholder engagement, and public information campaigns.

  • Maintain and enhance company branding across all digital and print media.

  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and business development teams to translate technical information into clear visual content.

  • Design content for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in preparing award submissions, project case studies, and client presentations.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Maintain a library of project photographs, graphics, templates, and marketing assets.

Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within engineering, construction, architecture, or infrastructure sectors.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • Experience creating infographics, technical illustrations, and visual presentations.

  • Strong understanding of branding, layout design, typography, and visual communication principles.

  • Ability to interpret technical information and present it in a visually engaging format.

  • Experience with video editing, animation, or 3D visualisation software would be advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital and print platforms.
