Site Supervisor
Job Description
MING GROUP SOLUTIONS LIMITED is a building and residential company based in Mangere, Auckland. The company provides services including House Construction, Landscape and Design, Garden Landscaping, Complete Landscaping, Backyard Design, Retaining Wall Designs.
We are looking for 2 full-time Site Supervisors to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be work a minimum of 40 hours per week to a maximum of 48 hours per week, and you will be responsible for:
Job Duties:
• Supervise on-site construction teams including carpenters, general labourers, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with building standards, safety regulations, and design requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate construction activities, labour, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain daily site records including labour hours, incidents, and material usage.
• Communicate effectively with site managers, contractors, clients, and inspectors.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Any other duties may assigned by the employer.
About you:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field OR
- NZQCF Level 4 qualification or above,No specific major is required if you have a bachelor's qualification or above.
- Physically fit with a clear criminal record
