Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will be supporting our warehouse team by coordinating warehouse operational activities, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, services and information between the warehouse and manufacturing unit. This includes coordination of warehouse administration, HSE support activities, inventory accuracy, logistics documentation, and cross-functional communication to enable safe, compliant, and reliable delivery to customers.

This role is contributing to the Warehouse team in Napier

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Maintain warehouse consumable stock levels and trigger replenishment as required

  • Assist with stock investigations and discrepancies, own the cyclic stock take process

  • Responsible for NCR (non conformance report) coordination and tracking including corrective actions

  • Purchase requisition generation

  • Operational support, including identifying improvement opportunities

  • Maintain inventory records and update SAP and other systems with completion status

  • HSE, upload and maintain training records and support the implementation of health, safety and wellbeing systems and processes

Our team dynamic is collaborative, with a focus on efficient problem-solving, mutual support, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet our goals. The role involves an 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm

Qualifications for the role

  • SAP system proficiency

  • Strong data entry accuracy and system discipline

  • Understanding of current Health and Safety legislation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments essential

  • Relevant qualification in logistics, business administration, supply chain or similar preferred

  • This role is open only to candidates who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents
