About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PGDip Coordinator & Lecturer to lead and teach within our postgraduate programme at our Wellington campus. This is an exciting opportunity to shape programme delivery, inspire advanced creative practitioners, and contribute to the ongoing development of our postgraduate offerings.

As Programme Coordinator, you will oversee programme administration, student progress, and quality assurance while also delivering inspiring teaching that develops critical thinking, research capabilities, and advanced creative practice in our students. You will be an engaging educator capable of facilitating seminar-based learning, supervising independent projects and research, and mentoring students through their postgraduate journey. Your approach will be collaborative, working effectively with diverse stakeholders across academic, industry, and student communities.



Skills and Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant creative discipline with demonstrated teaching experience at postgraduate level
  • Prior experience in programme coordination, curriculum development and delivery in higher education
  • Understanding of higher education quality frameworks, assessment processes, and postgraduate programme management
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with attention to detail
  • Network of industry connections and ability to facilitate meaningful learning opportunities and professional development for students
