Travel customer experience representative (remote)
Job Description
Assist clients with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies. Follow up with clients to confirm itineraries and satisfaction.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving. Maintain accurate client and booking records. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and learning booking systems and CRM tools.
