Experienced loader operator, factory work, Penrose location, 6am - 2.30Loader Operator – Recycling Plant (Penrose, Auckland)
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Loader Operator to join a busy recycling facility in Penrose. This is a full-time, hands-on role with the potential to turn into a long-term opportunity for the right person.
Location & Hours

• Penrose, Auckland
• Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Occasional Saturday work available

Pay

• $26.00 per hour + holiday pay

About the Role You’ll play a key role in keeping the recycling plant running efficiently, operating machinery and supporting the wider team. The majority of the work is indoors , so you won’t be affected by weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities

• Operating a loader to move and load recyclable materials
• Assisting with general yard and plant duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Current loader licence
• Proven experience operating a loader (recycling or industrial environment preferred)
• Forklift experience and license (Very desired)
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced, physical environment
