Trade Sales Support - Mt. Maunganui

Join ourMt. Maunganui team and split your time between supporting customers on the phone and helping out in the warehouse when needed. If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and keeping customers happy, this is the perfect mix.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Grow sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business
• Provide Account Manager support
• Enter customer orders & drawing up quotes for customers and account managers
• Support warehouse operations - picking, packing, counter sales and helping keep things moving

What you'll bring

• A great attitude and willingness to jump between office and warehouse tasks
• Confident communication and strong customer focus
  
• Solid computer skills and a knack for problemsolving
• Experience in trade, warehouse, or sales support environments is preferred
• Someone who enjoys teamwork and is adaptable
