Job Description

You'll:

• Handle inbound enquiries and turn them into sales
• Support Account Managers and build customer relationships
• Enter orders, prepare quotes, and keep workflows smooth
• Upsell products and share promotions
• Coordinate purchasing when needed

You bring:

• Confident communication and a great attitude
• Strong computer skills and problemsolving ability
• 2-3 years in a customer or sales support role
• Trade industry exposure is a bonus
