The work we do in this area has a real impact helping clients save time, improving their processes, and feeling more confident using their systems. Because of this impact, we are growing rapidly and need someone to grow with us.

The role

This role works alongside these two leaders taking ownership for delivering the smaller implementation projects and upgrades. If you enjoy problem-solving and working closely with clients, this role offers the chance to expand your systems knowledge, grow your project management experience, and become the person clients rely on for practical support.

You will also have opportunity to develop your BAS knowledge further by providing support to our BAS team in between projects.

About you

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy accounting, are curious about systems, and love finding practical solutions that make things easier for clients and the team.

You'll bring

• Strong experience with Xero and/or MYOB Business

• Experience delivering accounting system implementations

• Confidence handling client queries and issues

• A solid understanding of SME accounting processes

• Exposure to add-ons or integrations

• 2-3 yrs + experience in a BAS role with a systems focus
