Our Technology and Transformation Business Unit is looking for a Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our Auckland team.

Job Description

The impact you'll make:

As a Salesforce Senior Consultant you will join our team in Auckland to help make an impact that matters with our clients and community. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will be expected to;

  • Develop and configure Salesforce solutions across regulatory and operational forestry processes.
  • Design and implement scalable customisations using Salesforce best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and product stakeholders throughout design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support successful delivery within a large and complex public sector environment.

Qualifications

Your expertise:

Bring your expertise in delivering the full lifecycle of a project and see what impact you can make. You will also have:

  • At least 6+ years' experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Engineer
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven Salesforce development, configuration, and consulting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience building automation using Salesforce Flows.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, source control, and CI/CD processes.
  • MBA (Business Informatics) or equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Science
  • Salesforce certifications required.

    • Experience Cloud Consultant
    • Platform Developer I
    • Heroku Architecture Designer
    • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
