About the Role

As Social Media Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of Ivoclar Pacific's social media strategy, helping to strengthen brand awareness, grow online communities and drive engagement across our authorised digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

You will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, supporting community management activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, creation and execution of social media content and campaigns.
  • Create engaging written, visual and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media channels.
  • Monitor social media activity and engage with online communities in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track, analyse and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, best practices and emerging opportunities within the social media landscape.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistency of messaging and brand representation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling platforms (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar).
  • Working knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools, including Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Short-form Video content (eg Reels), AI content tools (eg Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI) & Paid Social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Full New Zealand working rights and current residence in Auckland.

Desirable

  • Experience working in healthcare, medical devices, dental, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP or business intelligence platforms such as SAP.
