Senior Consultant - Full stack developer

Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies? We’re looking for a Site Reliability engineer to join our team. We’re seeking a seasoned Site Reliability engineer to keep on top of day‑to‑day incident management in the digital domain working back with customer’s business / IT teams and Infosys offshore delivery teams.

Location: Melbourne

Salary: AUD 108751 - 119893 Annual Gross. The above salary range is only indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements based on internal company processes. Roles And Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationship with customer’s business and IT stakeholders
\n
• Manage and optimize SQL databases for high availability and scalability.
\n
• Keep on top of day‑to‑day incident management in the digital domain working back with customer’s business / IT teams and Infosys offshore delivery teams
\n
• Proactive problem management and reduction of incidents by designing SOPs and improvement initiatives in coordination with the Infosys delivery teams
\n
• Lead domain specific improvement discussions with customers IT SPOCs and refine delivery processes in consultation with Infosys leadership to enhance the overall customer experience
\n
• Create opportunities for further penetration of Infosys in the digital domain
\n
• Lead, guide and mentor the Infosys domain delivery teams to align to customer expectations of satisfactory experience
\n

Essential

\n
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
\n
• Over 8 years of experience with exposure to digital/ecommerce domain
\n
• Previous end customer facing roles preferably in retail or similar B2C industry
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• ANZ customer facing role experience for at least one year
\n
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
\n

Preferred

\n
• Manage and optimize SQL databases for high availability and scalability
\n
• Perform query tuning, indexing, and schema optimization.
\n
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
\n
• Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, triggers).
\n
