Job DescriptionThe roleIn this 24 month contract role as our Head of Transformation, you will take ownership of delivering Alpine’s Business Strategy through the successful execution of key transformation initiatives.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, focused on driving real change across how we operate. You will work closely with the Executive team, Board, and business leaders to shape, challenge, and hold to account the delivery of transformation outcomes.
You will lead the development and implementation of transformation programmes that span people, process, and technology. This includes supporting the transition of operating models and major initiatives such as ERP implementation, while ensuring strong governance, clear cadence, and momentum across all workstreams.
You will build trusted relationships across the organisation, working alongside teams to embed new ways of working and ensure initiatives are practical, adopted, and delivering value.
As our Head of Transformation, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and delivering Alpine’s transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment to business strategy and priorities.
- Leading large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programmes, including operating model change and ERP implementation.
- Engaging at an executive and Board level, providing insight, challenge, and progress reporting.
- Leading and supporting a multi‑disciplinary team across project, change, and process functions.
- You will have experience leading transformation initiatives, all of business transformation, within a large complex organisation.
- Prior experience at an executive level, demonstrating all of business influence. This includes excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivery complex projects within programmes and portfolios as part of a large‑scale transformation within scope, budget and timeline.
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or asset‑intensive environments.
- Prior exposure to regulated industries or organisations undergoing significant operational transformation.
