About the RoleReporting to the Reliability & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that impact plant performance, with a focus on loss elimination, risk management and lifecycle asset optimisation.
- Analyse equipment performance, failure trends and downtime drivers
- Develop and improve preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
- Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve uptime and optimise asset life
- Support shutdown planning and maintenance execution
- Contribute to asset criticality, lifecycle planning and reliability strategies
- Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance and Technical teams
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering
- Experience in reliability, maintenance or asset management roles
- Strong understanding of reliability principles, RCA and maintenance strategy
- Ability to interpret data and translate into practical improvements
- Experience in manufacturing (food/dairy highly regarded)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety and performance
