We're on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Mi Piaci Milford store. You’ll be supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day, helping lead an inspiring and high-performing team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling amazing in their shoes.

• Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday (9:00 - 17:30)

• Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
\n
• Hourly Rate: $27.00 + bonus potential!

• Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations and running of the store
\n
• Leading and motivating your team to reach their sales goals (and celebrating the wins!)
\n
• Creating a warm, welcoming store environment with great energy and team culture
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand

• Coaching and developing your team so they can keep growing
\n
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shopfloor to the back room

• Have leadership experience in retail or a similar people‑focused role
\n
• Love supporting others to succeed and enjoy seeing your team grow

• Are confident, organised and calm under pressure
\n
• Bring a strong sales mindset and enjoy working towards (and smashing) targets

• Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your space
