Principal / Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer\n

We are seeking an exceptional Principal / Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead and grow our mechanical capability in one of our key offices. This strategic role focuses on expanding our water conveyance and treatment portfolio, delivering outstanding client outcomes, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

\nDay to day tasks would involve:\n
    \n
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients, building long term partnerships.
  • \n
  • Proactively driving business development and strategic growth in the local market.
  • \n
  • Pursuits, client engagements, industry involvement, and strategic bid support.
  • \n
  • Identifying new opportunities in conveyance and treatment and working closely with leadership to shape our business pipeline.
  • \n
  • Ensuring delivery excellence across all phases of projects—planning, design, and delivery.
  • \n
  • Leading complex project reviews, providing senior‑level technical oversight.
  • \n
  • Providing strong technical and people leadership across mechanical engineering in the conveyance and treatment space.
  • \n
  • Mentoring and developing a growing local team of intermediate and junior mechanical engineers.
  • \n
