\nThe Opportunity\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, and will be advising on a broad mix of commercial matters including:

• Business acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial contracts and negotiations
• Corporate structuring and governance
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Business succession planning
• General commercial advisory work

\n

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own files while also playing a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

\nWhat We're Looking For\n

You will ideally have:

\n

• 8+ years’ PQE in commercial law
• Strong technical ability and commercial acumen
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• The confidence to work directly with clients and provide practical, solutions-focused advice
• A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in contributing to the long‑term success of the firm

Business development experience is welcomed, but equally important is your ability to build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities naturally.
