Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities:\n

  • Focus on continuously enhancing patients’ experience through interaction and handle patient grievances.
  • \n
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
  • \n
  • Manage relationships with doctors and paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.
  • \n
  • Ensure service in proactive and responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.
  • \n
  • Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster management.
  • \n
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.
  • \n
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
  • \n
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • \n
  • Marketing, Network development and Govt. Liaison
  • \n
\nSkill Required:\n
    \n
  • Good technical knowledge in hospital administration
  • \n
  • Working knowledge of computer.
  • \n
  • Report writing skills
  • \n
  • Coordination and networking skills
  • \n
  • Ability to work as a team
