Roles And Responsibilities:\n

- Focus on continuously enhancing patients’ experience through interaction and handle patient grievances. \n
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives. \n
- Manage relationships with doctors and paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery. \n
- Ensure service in proactive and responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media. \n
- Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster management. \n
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards. \n
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions. \n
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. \n
- Marketing, Network development and Govt. Liaison \n

- Good technical knowledge in hospital administration \n
- Working knowledge of computer. \n
- Report writing skills \n
- Coordination and networking skills \n
- Ability to work as a team \n
