We're looking for a Senior Information Advisor to lead and enhance how we manage, use and protect information across the organisation.This is a hands-on, fixed-term opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, influencing practice, and helping people get the most out of digital tools like SharePoint.Mo tenei turanga | About this roleReporting to the Manager Information Services, you will provide expert advice and leadership in information management and SharePoint, helping ERO transition to a more effective, digital-first way of working.This role is a mix of strategy, advisory and delivery, where you'll work closely with teams across the organisation to strengthen information practices.Key responsibilities include:Administration and optimisation of SharePoint Online and EDRMS platformsProviding expert advice on information management, recordkeeping and best practiceSupporting staff to improve how they manage and use informationChampioning systems, tools and processes that enable efficient, user-focused servicesContributing to the development of information management strategies, policies and practicesBuilding strong relationships to ensure services meet organisational needsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who combines technical capability with strong advisory skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.You will have:Proven experience in information management, records or document managementStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online and digital information systemsUnderstanding of information management standards and legislative requirements (e.g.
