- Provide clear, commercially grounded advice on employment law and related public law matters \n
- Represent clients in disputes, mediations, negotiations, and employment processes \n
- Play a key role in dispute resolution and advocacy strategy development \n
- Collaborate closely with employment relations and legal specialists \n
- Build trusted client relationships through practical, outcome-focused advice\nAbout You\n
You are a confident, approachable employment law professional who enjoys problem-solving, advocacy, and building strong relationships.

- New Zealand-qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE in employment law \n
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation, processes, and workplace relations \n
- Proven experience advising clients and managing employment disputes \n
- Experience in mediation, negotiation, and dispute resolution \n
- Advocacy and/or litigation experience \n
- Calm, pragmatic, and commercially focused approach to complex and sensitive matters \n
- Collaborative, client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice \n
