\nAbout the role\n

We are looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Resident Experience Manager to help create an extraordinary living experience for our residents at Whangarei Park Village in Whangarei.

\n

This is a 30 hour role - 9am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 10.30 to 5 pm.

\n

In this role, you’ll shape the village vibe, lead engaging events and communications, and support residents through every stage of their journey. You will:

  • Lead resident engagement, events and community experiences
  • \n
  • Support new residents with a seamless and welcoming transition
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and community partners
  • \n
  • Bring energy, compassion and strong communication skills to a meaningful role
  • \n
\nAbout you\n

You’ll ideally bring experience in customer experience, events, hospitality, community engagement or a similar people-facing role. If you love creating welcoming environments and making every day better for others, we’d love to hear from you.
