\nWe’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong SAP and process expertise to join our Enterprise Process & Analysis team.
\nThis role is focused on shaping clear business intent, modelling and optimising processes, and delivering outcome-driven solutions. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team that is collaborative, driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
\nWhat You’ll Do\n- \n
- Define the right problems and business outcomes \n
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes across the value chain \n
- Use SAP Signavio and BPMN standards to model current and future state processes \n
- Ensure process designs are consistent, governed, and scalable \n
- Elicit and structure requirements (WHY, WHAT, HOW) \n
- Create clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria \n
- Work with Product Owners to shape clear, outcome-aligned requirements for Agile squads \n
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to drive alignment \n
- Support delivery within SAP S/4HANA environments \n

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments \n
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA \n
- Strong capability in process modelling using BPMN standards \n
- Experience with SAP Signavio (or similar process tools) \n
- Strong process analysis and optimisation skills \n
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments \n

- Experience across end-to-end enterprise processes / value chains \n
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and supplier management \n
- Exposure to process governance and standardisation \n
- Strong data-led analysis and decision support capability \n
