\nAbout the Role\n

We’re looking for a Category Manager to join our Procurement team and drive value across key spend categories, including Logistics, Engineering Services, and Capital Works. You’ll develop category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings, innovation, and strong business outcomes.

  • Develop and deliver category strategies aligned to business goals
  • \n
  • Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, value, and innovation
  • \n
  • Lead sourcing activities, including tenders, negotiations, and contract management
  • \n
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and support decision‑making
  • \n
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the businessEnsure strong governance, compliance, and contract management practices
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost‑efficiency initiatives
  • \n
  • Support both local and global procurement projects
  • \n
\nWhat you’ll bring\n
    \n
  • Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • \n
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in procurement, category management, or a similar role
  • \n
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, proven stakeholder management and influencing ability
  • \n
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
  • \n
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • Experience with ERP systems
