Systems Analyst - Netsuite ERP Consultant

You’ll be joining a fantastic, highly skilled, and experienced team in our Internal Group Technology organisation who work collaboratively across teams and locations. As an ERP/Finance Systems Analyst for NetSuite, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of project tasks and deliverables, and BAU system support issues and requests. You’ll work in collaboration with your peers and other teams to support all aspects of our programme and service delivery. The role will be varied and dynamic, with complex challenges to resolve for and real opportunities to add value. Datacom are one of Oracle’s largest NetSuite ERP system customers in Australasia and so this is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on, large multi‑national enterprise systems experience! To be successful in your application for this role, you must have a proven high level of technical expertise in NetSuite.

• Actively involved in all aspects of our programme and service delivery for our enterprise systems
• Ownership of project tasks and deliverables
• Problemsolve complex system issues
• Own the delivery of enhancements and changes to our business processes and systems
• Lead the engagement of senior business stakeholder/process owners
• Own system maintenance activities
• Quality assurance of work delivered by others
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and build a culture of service excellence
• Subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business
• Pivot and flex when needed to meet the needs and wants of a highly dynamic business

• High level technical expertise in NetSuite
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong service delivery and user support experience
• Enterprise project delivery experience
• Experience working with NetSuite ERP system. Senior functional consulting background highly desirable
• An enterprise accounting background. Qualified accountant highly desirable
• Experience with Atlassian – Jira, Confluence and Zephyr
• Experience with different project methodologies e.g. Waterfall and Agile
