Experience as a kaiwhakahaere (manager) across either a big box or high-volume retail environment
A passion for delivering results that will inspire and motivate your rōpū (team)
Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams
Ngā uara (values) that reflect a strong commitment to haumaru (safety), always thinking about the kiritaki (customer), and a belief in encouraging your team to whakatōmeneake (reach higher) every day
