\nResponsibilities\n
    \n
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
  • \n
  • Leading and mentoring the Sales team, Marketing Coordinator, and Reservations team to achieve business objectives.
  • \n
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, group, leisure, and travel partners.
  • \n
  • Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • \n
  • Working closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximise commercial performance.
  • \n
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • \n
  • Managing sales-related budgets and ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve commercial objectives.
  • \n
\nQualifications\n
    \n
  • Proven experience in hotel sales. Prior experience as a BDM, BDD, DOS or DOSM is preferred.
  • \n
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • \n
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
  • \n
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • \n
  • Flexibility to attend after work functions and travel outside of Queenstown for work.
  • \n
