Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for an outstanding Warehouse Manager for maternity cover for 13 months starting from September. This is a hands‑on, on‑site leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and compliant warehouse operations, supporting production demands and delivering strong service outcomes. You’ll play a key role in leading the team, improving processes and maintaining high standards across health and safety, food safety and inventory management.

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Distribution centre team, driving a strong culture of accountability and engagement
\n
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, meeting performance, cost, and service targets
\n
• Oversee in‑house production, ensuring completion on time and upholding quality standards
\n
• Manage logistics partners and freight to optimise service, cost, and sustainability outcomes
\n
• Champion health, safety, and wellbeing across all DC activities
\n
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and growth
\n
• Ensure strong inventory accuracy and effective stock control processes
\n
• Manage warehouse labour, rostering and productivity to meet operational demand
\n
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene compliance
\n

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role within FMCG or food manufacturing
\n
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
\n
• Experience leading, coaching and managing team performance
\n
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
\n
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
\n
• A continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail
