We're seeking someone who can combine strong leadership capability with a hands‑on approach and the ability to bring people, systems and process together. This is not a desk‑based leadership role. You'll be visible on the warehouse floor around 50% of your time, coaching your team, solving problems and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

\nWhat you will do\n
    \n
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 9–10 warehouse staff
  • \n
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory control and product dispatch activities
  • \n
  • Manage relationships with freight providers, third‑party suppliers and key operational partners
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and systems
  • \n
  • Work closely with manufacturing, customer service and operational stakeholders to achieve service outcomes and delivery targets
  • \n
\nWhat we are looking for\n
    \n
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or Warehouse Manager within FMCG, manufacturing or a similar environment
  • \n
  • SAP experience is essential – SAP S/4HANA even better!
  • \n
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • \n
  • Comfortable taking a hands‑on approach and spending significant time on the warehouse floor
  • \n
  • Experience managing inventory, KPIs and operational performance metrics
  • \n
  • Ability to analyse issues, implement solutions and drive positive change
  • \n
\nWhat's in it for you\n
    \n
  • Opportunity to step into a leadership role with genuine ownership and influence
  • \n
  • Base range of $100K to $115K with 7.5% STIP
  • \n
  • Join a well‑established business with a strong reputation and growth focus
  • \n
  • Supportive environment where people development and continuous improvement are valued
  • \n
  • Hands‑on leadership role with variety and autonomy
  • \n
  • Chance to develop your career and make a visible impact on operational performance
  • \n
\n

If you enjoy leading from the front, thrive in fast‑paced warehouse environments and are passionate about developing teams and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
