Head of Development - Technology Vendor

• Lead and develop a team of 6–8 engineers and testers

• Own delivery of the engineering roadmap end-to-end
\n
• Drive best practice across architecture, CI/CD, and release management
\n
• Embed AI-powered tooling into engineering workflows to improve velocity and quality
\n
• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and executive leadership
\n
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems (e.g. accounting, CRM)
\n

• Proven experience leading engineering teams within a SaaS or product environment
\n
• Strong hands‑on technical background, particularly within Azure ecosystems
\n
• Track record of delivering frequent, reliable production releases\n
• Experience driving engineering standards, performance, and team capability
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including C‑level interaction
\n
• Exposure to business management software domains is advantageous
