We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Centre Manager to oversee a lovely medium-sized community centre. They have a great team of educators and an overall lovely vibe. This is a role where you could truly make a difference in the community and create something magical.

• Qualified and Registered to teach ECE

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within ECE.
\n
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the socio-economic and cultural landscape of South Auckland.

• Strong understanding of ECE curriculum and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to manage resources effectively and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
\n
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, and the wider community.
\n
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improving educational outcomes.
\n
• Strong background in New Zealand based educational principles and values
