Now we’re growing again. A new client win means we’re looking for a Business Director to step in and lead from day one.

\nThe Role\n

This is a senior leadership role with real influence.

\n

You’ll take ownership of a key client portfolio, shaping strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and leading a high-performing team to deliver work that actually moves the dial.

You won’t be maintaining accounts. You’ll be growing them.

\n

You’ll:

  • Lead the strategic direction of a portfolio of clients, ensuring they get our best thinking every time
  • \n
  • Turn a new client win into a long-term, high-value partnership
  • \n
  • Spot and unlock revenue growth opportunities across your portfolio
  • \n
  • Own the commercials. You’ll know when something isn’t working and fix it
  • \n
  • Bring together specialists across MBM to deliver joined‑up, end‑to‑end solutions
  • \n
  • Sell our thinking with conviction. Internally and in the room with clients
  • \n

You’re already operating at a senior level and comfortable leading both clients and teams.

\n

You:

  • Have 7–10 years in media, ideally agency‑side
  • \n
  • Think commercially, not just tactically
  • \n
  • Can lead full ecosystem planning across paid, owned, data and creative
  • \n
  • Know how to build trust with senior clients and challenge them when needed
  • \n
  • Are confident managing people, developing talent and lifting standards
  • \n
  • Stay curious. You look for better ways of doing things, not just familiar ones
  • \n
