We are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our New Zealand team on a 12-month fixed term contract, covering a period of parental leave.

Based in Auckland and reporting to the Finance Manager NZ, this role will support commercial decision‑making through financial analysis, modelling and revenue management, while providing value‑add insights to the business.

Working in a lean NZ team, you will gain broad exposure across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, contributing across both strategic and hands‑on activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their business partnering capability in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Support the delivery of revenue management initiatives, including pricing analysis, trade spend optimisation and maintaining key reporting and dashboards
\n
• Develop insights and recommendations using a range of business and market data to support commercial decision‑making
\n
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams, providing financial support through customer negotiations and performance tracking
\n
• Build and maintain customer P&Ls, providing visibility and insight into financial performance
\n
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, including adding commercial rigour to the Integrated Business Planning process
\n
• Develop robust financial models and analysis to support commercial strategies and outcomes
\n
• Support the development of financial capability across the NZ business, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and enhance ways of working
\n

• Strong financial analysis and modelling capability, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
\n
• Experience supporting commercial decision‑making, ideally in a business partnering or management accounting environment
\n
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and challenge where needed to drive the right outcomes
\n
• High attention to detail, with a structured approach to processes and reporting
\n
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on role within a lean team environment, with a willingness to take ownership across a broad scope
\n
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
\n
• Experience with tools such as Excel and Power BI will be beneficial
\n
