• Design and develop high-quality business solutions that create value and improve performance.

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Altis consultants.

• Lead quality reviews for your own and other projects within Altis.

• Collaborate with the sales team to clarify client needs and devise suitable solutions.

• Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Contribute to the design and development of solutions while considering security and data governance.
\n
• Advise on data modelling and structuring to meet information needs.
\n
• Stay updated on new technologies to enhance business processes and methodologies.
\n
• Lead large and complex projects, ensuring effective project control and risk management.
\n
• Participate in business development and lead generation activities.
\n

• Project experience through all phases of the project life cycle from strategy and advisory, scoping and planning, requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
\n
• Experience providing strategic advice to organisations to help maximise the value of their data and information.
\n
• Proven experience within Cloud Platforms and solution architecture. Experience with one or more Cloud platforms including: AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
\n
• Experience with Data Modelling Techniques (Dimensional modelling, Data Vault and etc).
\n
• Hands‑on experience in Data Engineering and building complex large‑scale data solutions.
\n
• Solid understanding of DevOps/ CI/CD.
\n
• Experience with Managing/Leading teams.
\n
• Experience identifying and creating awareness of opportunities for upselling or generating leads.
\n
• Experience managing complex projects, deadlines, and capabilities.
\n
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.
\n
• Tertiary qualification in an IT‑related field or relevant work experience.
\n
• 10+ years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics.
\n
• 10+ years of experience delivering data and analytics projects.
\n
• 10+ years of consulting experience in a client‑facing environment.
\n
