\nAbout the role\n

This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you’ll take ownership of Zempire’s e‑commerce performance across global markets.

\n

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the website operates as a high‑performing sales channel while delivering a premium customer experience and trusted product education platform.

\n

Leading your E‑Commerce Coordinator and working closely with internal teams, external partners, and agencies, you’ll drive performance, optimise the customer journey, and continuously improve how Zempire shows up digitally.

\n

\nWhat you’ll be doing\n
    \n
  • Owning and driving global e‑commerce performance across Shopify storefronts.
  • \n
  • Optimising key metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
  • \n
  • Managing online merchandising, product visibility, and site performance.
  • \n
  • Continuously improving the end‑to‑end customer journey and website experience.
  • \n
  • Leading e‑commerce execution of product launches and digital campaigns.
  • \n
  • Managing CRM activity including email and retention initiatives.
  • \n
  • Using data, analytics, and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • \n
  • Overseeing e‑commerce systems, content, product data, and day‑to‑day operations.
  • \n
  • Collaborating across marketing, product, supply chain, and external partners.
  • \n

You’re commercially driven, analytical, and confident taking ownership of e‑commerce performance. You understand what drives digital growth and can translate data into action.

You take pride in the details, think beyond the basics, and are always looking for ways to improve customer experience and outcomes.

\nYou’ll bring:\n
    \n
  • 5+ years’ experience in e‑commerce leadership.
  • \n
  • Experience with multiple international storefronts due to complexities with different prices, promotions, and laws.
  • \n
  • Strong and proven experience with Shopify.
  • \n
  • Understanding of technical SEO.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to drive or support online sales performance.
  • \n
  • In‑depth understanding of customer journeys, conversion rates, and the ability to measure and act on insights via analytics tools such as GA4 and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and systems.
  • \n
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • \n
  • Experience selling durable goods, ideally premium durable goods, on an international scale is preferred.
  • \n
  • An understanding of brand positioning for a non‑discount, educational‑focused brand is helpful.
