- Lead one of our three restaurant departments; Customer Experience, People Performance, and Product Quality, and take responsibility of the actions and results required within these. \n
- Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability and strong people practices on your shifts \n
- Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to \n
- Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers \n
- Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant \n
- Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exception customer experience is achieved \n
- Working within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers \n

Management experience in hospitality and retail. Completion of McDonald’s management training program at a department level is preferable. Relevant McDonald’s department courses may be Developing the Leader in Me (DLM), previously known as IDM or ASM, or courses specific to the three departments; Customer Experience Course (CEC), People Performance Course (PPC), or Product Quality Course (PQC). A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable.
