The unification of Unitec and Manukau Institute of Technology - two respected institutions with over 50 years of service will transform Auckland’s public vocational education landscape. - Lead digital delivery through a large-scale organisational integration \n
- Own and shape the enterprise portfolio, programme and delivery strategy \n
- Influence at executive level on investment, priorities and outcomes \n
- Establish clear governance, controls and delivery frameworks \n
- Ensure delivery is aligned to strategic transformation goals \n

- Define and lead the digital delivery and portfolio management approach \n
- Oversee programmes and projects across multiple portfolios and dependencies \n
- Ensure delivery outcomes are realised, measured, and aligned to business value \n
- Establish governance frameworks that provide transparency and control \n
- Lead and grow a high-performing delivery, PMO and programme capability \n

\nWhat you’ll bring\n- \n
- Proven experience leading large-scale organisational mergers and digital integration programmes, including consolidation of platforms, teams, and operating models to deliver a unified enterprise \n
- Senior leadership experience managing large-scale digital portfolios and programmes \n
- Strong background in portfolio, programme and project management (P3M) \n
- Experience delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments\n
- Commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and vendor management \n
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver through change and transformation \n
