\nTe Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) is a Ngāti Kahungunu mandated, kaupapa Māori values-based health and social services organisation. We provide services to our community along the East Coast of the North Island, from Mahia to Remutaka. Our health, social, education and community development teams have been working successfully with whānau for over 35 years. \nThe Opportunity
\nTToH are proud to celebrate 40 years of service delivering Health and Social services to whānau and the communities we serve. After 10 years of significant growth, this role on offer plays a pivotal role in the delivery of services to the whānau and communities we serve.
\nWe are recruiting a Service Delivery Manager, Mental Health & Addiction who will report to our GM Oranga in the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

\nThe successful applicant will already be working within the Health & Social Services sector and will be resilient; solutions based and be expected to uphold Ngā Uratanga, our core values.

- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in senior operational management positions with proven ability to take ownership and accountability for driving organisational performance and improvement. \n
- Proven breadth of experience in leadership/operational management positions within the Health & Social Services sector. \n
- Demonstrated track record of developing and managing high performing teams. \n
- Strong understanding of Māori culture, values, and practices or a genuine willingness to learn. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels and in a variety of environments. \n
